- Prices shown are Via Frame's fees only. Partner attorney/CPA fees and state registration or expedite fees are billed at cost and itemized in the quote.
- Out of scope: Visa applications; Card-payment (merchant) service contracts; Bank account opening in the company representative's name (the representative must visit the bank in person).
- EIN issuance timing depends on IRS processing and cannot be guaranteed. Annual filings such as Form 5472 / Form 1120 are legal obligations and are not included in the minimum plan. The initial online consultation is free. Contracts are with Via Frame LLC.
